Body Bash Bootcamp is a group exercise program like no other. These ever changing cardio-based, full body workouts will take your personal fitness to another level.
At Body Bash Bootcamp, our fitness training methods incorporate cardio, core strengthening, plyometrics and resistance training to produce phenomenal fitness results quickly. Our boot camp workouts are time-based as opposed to repetition-based. This allows for beginners to work alongside intermediate to advanced bootcampers, ensuring that your bootcamp workout is fast-paced and challenging. Cardio-based plyometric drills and short sprints are sandwiched between each exercise, producing an ”interval” training concept that’ll help you to lose weight and increase your overall fitness level very quickly.
