**High Intermediate to Advanced Classes: to attend this class, you must be
able to run at least a 1/2 mile without stopping and currently
engaged in resistance training... NO BEGINNERS ALLOWED!

4) Show up to one of the Bootcamp locations noted above with
your payment and signed forms.
