
I have attended Body Bash Bootcamp regularly for a year. It has been the most challenging and rewarding thing I have ever done. John makes everyday fun and is so encouraging, supportive and motivating. He helps us develop a positive attitude that we can do anything which was especially helpful when I was new and struggling and didn’t quite understand all the benefits to exercise. Bootcamp with John has been a life-changing opportunity for me and is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself!

I started attending Body Bash Bootcamp in March of 2008 in an effort to increase my fitness level and get that toned, lean body that always seemed 5 lbs. away. After attending Bootcamp regularly, I saw my body change within 6 weeks. I am amazed at his ability to constantly change the exercises and keep the intensity of the workout at such a high level. I have taken group classes for years, and have never met a more focused, motivated trainer – his desire to see his students rise to new levels is obvious from the moment you meet him... Do it once and you’ll be hooked!

I've been doing a rigorous workout for over 20 years. Body Bash Bootcamp is one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done! John pushes you far beyond your normal limits. Working out in the Florida heat is grueling in itself, but add in a personal trainer like John and it's amazing the difference you will see in your body, your stamina, and your endurance…it's the best workout in Tampa!

If you plan on attending the 90 minute “Saturday Smasher” bootcamp, you will be tested. Jumping-jacks, push-ups, wind-sprints, mountain-climbers, burpees; that’s the warm-up. You’ll be smoked in the first 30 minutes, only 60 more minutes to go. John is testing you, when he smells blood the real fun begins. Another set of stairs, another set of wind-sprints, 2 minutes of push-ups, keep holding the plank. Your legs will wobble from all the lunges, but you’ll still have to run the fly-overs. Your lungs will burn from wind-sprints, but you’ll still have to bear-crawl. Your hands will burn from push-ups on hot pavement, but you’ll still hold your plank position. Body-Bash Bootcamp is hard. You won’t like it. You don’t have what it takes.

One of the things I love most about BOOT-CAMP is the camaraderie. When the workouts get tough, the team gets closer. I can definitely say the gains I have made so far have far surpassed my expectations. I look forward to every class and it's challenges. His positive energy is contagious and very motivational. John is a fantastic instructor!

I have been involved in all kinds of physical fitness for over 20 years. I have been a spinning instructor for 12 of those years. Two years ago I began participating in John's Body Bash Bootcamp classes on a regular basis. I have significantly increased my core strength, overall stamina and energy level. There is no substitute for this kind of training!

I used to be a runner and loved extreme exercise like boot camp. But I had to give it up because of severe pain from a lower back injury I suffered at another bootcamp. I went to John to see if he could help strengthen my back. I started personal training twice a week and immediately saw incredible results! After just 5 weeks of personal training, I’m not limited by injuries and I even enjoy bootcamp again! John is absolutely the greatest motivator I've ever worked with.

I joined bootcamp a year ago to improve my endurance. I was already working out on a regular basis, but I could never improve my stamina. After a year of "hitting it hard" I'm not longer in the back of the pack or having to stop when running sprints... I'm consistently in the front and continually improving every week! This workout is the only thing that has EVER gotten me outta bed at 5 a.m!!
